01 Who we are
mcp-connectors is operated by Sciensoft Technologies B.V., registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 82570426. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sciensoft Technologies B.V.; "you" and "your" refer to the person or organisation using the service.
02 What the service does
mcp-connectors is a bridge between Claude.ai (and other Model Context Protocol clients) and your local machine. You install a desktop app; the app opens a per-user encrypted tunnel to our server; MCP clients you authenticate via our OAuth flow can then reach the MCPs running on your machine (files, shell, and others) through that tunnel.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
04 Acceptable use
You will not use the service to access or expose files, systems, or data you don't have permission to use; attempt to circumvent per-user isolation to reach another user's tunnel or files; use the service to distribute malware, run unauthorised network scans, or facilitate any activity that violates law in your jurisdiction or ours. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are violating this section, with notice where practicable.
05 Your content stays yours
Files on your machine are yours. We never store them, cache them, or transmit them anywhere except back to the MCP client that requested them, over your per-user tunnel, at the moment of the request. Account data (email, display name, session metadata) is described in the Privacy Policy.
06 Free and paid plans
New accounts land on the Free plan (2 MCP connectors, 100 tool calls per day, forever). The Pro plan lifts those caps for a monthly fee shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly, cancellable any time from Profile → Plan (downgrading to Free is instant and non-destructive). Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
07 Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime beyond what's stated in a signed SLA. Planned maintenance is announced in-app in advance where possible. Unplanned outages are recorded on the status page (when we ship one).
08 Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) €100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
10 Termination
You may terminate any time by deleting your account from Profile → Account. We may terminate for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to any consumer rights available to you under the mandatory law of your residence.
12 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect via the email address associated with your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
