Frequently asked
What counts against my request quota?
Every tool call your AI makes on your connector — read a file, list a directory, run a command (when the shell MCP ships). Non-request activity (dashboard use, adding folders) never counts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Downgrade to Free from Profile → Plan any time. Your data stays until you delete your account.
What happens if I hit the daily cap?
Additional tool calls get a 429 response with a Retry-After header until midnight UTC. The desktop app + dashboard keep working normally.
Is there really no time limit on Free?
Right. Free is free forever, capped at 2 MCPs and 100 requests / day. If that's enough for how you work, stay on it.
